As Interim Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management, Dr. Rebecca J. Bartlett Ellis provides strategic leadership in supporting students throughout their educational journey—from initial college exploration through degree completion. She oversees undergraduate admissions, financial aid, and registrar services, serving a diverse population of undergraduate, graduate, non-degree, veteran and military-connected, and international students.

 Dr. Ellis brings over 15 years of academic nursing experience and is a nationally recognized leader in nursing education and research, with a particular focus on student success and engagement. She is a tenured professor and previously served as Executive Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the Indiana University School of Nursing.

 Dr. Ellis earned a BS in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and holds a BSN, MSN, and PhD from the IU School of Nursing. She is a board-certified Adult Health Clinical Nurse Specialist and a fellow of the American Academy of Nursing.
