As Outreach and Partnerships Coordinator, Cindy oversees fulfillment of the division's strategic outreach initiatives as well as the development and support of our campus and community partnerships. Prior to her current role, Cindy served as the Senior Programs Coordinator in Campus Visits responsible for the individual visit program and other special projects.  Ms. Harkness serves on the IUPUI United Way Executive committee and leads the special events projects for the campus United Way campaign.
