Facilitated by the Director of Undergraduate Admissions, the Undergraduate Recruitment Council is a space for recruitment focused staff and faculty partners across IUPUI to come together in collaboration, with the common goal of aligning tactics and strategies geared towards driving the successful enrollment of undergraduate first-time freshmen and transfer students. The council provides direct access to the expertise and resources of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions in the following functional areas: a) recruitment communication and marketing b) on campus recruitment initiatives c) off-campus recruitment initiatives d) enrollment operation strategy e) recruitment funnel analytics. Members can expect to gain relevant updates from campus partners that have a direct impact on the successful recruitment and enrollment of new students, such as Housing, Orientation, Financial Aid and more.

The Undergraduate Recruitment Council meets monthly throughout the academic year. Communication occurs regularly through an e-mail listserv, with regular updates from the Director of Admissions.
