As the Director of Undergraduate Admissions, Mr. Wint oversees the development and coordination of an integrated and strategic enrollment plan for first-time and transfer incoming undergraduate students desirous of attending IUPUI. The plan consists of maximizing opportunities to engage prospective students and families through:

• interpersonal engagement designed to positively de-mystify the IUPUI admissions process,
• from "point of initial interest" to "point of enrollment",
• diversified marketing and strategic communications strategies,
• streamlined processing of application materials and transfer credits,
• impactful campus visit experiences that deliver "up close and personal" perspective on the IUPUI difference,
• and comprehensive and inclusive practices for promoting access and equity among traditionally marginalized multi-cultural populations.

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions also leverages a team of current student ambassadors and front desk student staff members to assist in proactively representing the IUPUI experience in para professional, customer service based experiences. Mr. Wint also serves as the university's undergraduate recruitment lead, facilitating planning discussions to coordinate university recruitment efforts among academic units and divisions across the university, as well as community based organizations across the region.
